SOFTY® is the American brand of Revala OÜ — an Estonian ice cream powder maker perfecting one craft since 1990. Revala began in Keila, a small town on Estonia's Baltic coast, with one idea: capture the quality of fresh Estonian dairy in a powder any kitchen in the world can turn into premium ice cream.

Thirty-five years later those recipes serve cafés, gelaterias and food factories in more than 60 countries. Our lactose-free soft serve powder was named Most Innovative Dairy Product at Gulfood 2023 in Dubai, with further recognition at SIAL China and SIAL India 2024.
