Each pack makes about 5 liters (≈10 CREAMi pints), so the kit is a full season of dessert: roughly 15 liters or 30 pints. All three are gluten-free, pantry-stable for 24 months, and work with a hand mixer or any pint-style ice cream maker.
- Pick tonight's flavor and whip the powder with cold milk (2.5 L per full pack — or halve everything) for 3–4 minutes.
- Pour into a container (or Ninja CREAMi pints) and freeze at least 6 hours (24 h for CREAMi).
