Terms of Service

These Terms govern purchases from the Softy US online store. SOFTY® is a brand of Revala OÜ ("Revala", "we", "us"), registry code 10571028, Keki 3, Keila 76607, Estonia. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Food-grade ice cream, milkshake and slush powders and dessert sauces for home and professional use. Descriptions and yields are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer; a contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability — any amounts charged are refunded.

3. Prices & payment

Prices in US dollars, excluding applicable sales tax calculated at checkout. Payment via Stripe.

4. Shipping

US shipping per our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

5. Returns

Per our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing limits mandatory consumer protection rights.

6. Wholesale

25 kg bags, pallet and container volumes are quoted individually and may be subject to separate written terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revala's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the products concerned; no liability for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Allergens

Except the vegan and slush powders (dairy-free), our powders contain milk. All powders are gluten-free. Always review the ingredient declaration on packaging.

9. Trademarks

SOFTY® is property of Revala OÜ. Ninja CREAMi™ is a trademark of SharkNinja Operating LLC; Softy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SharkNinja — references describe compatibility only. Photographs are the property of Revala OÜ or used under the Unsplash License.

10. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, carrier disruptions, strikes, governmental action). Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your state or country of residence. We first try to resolve any complaint directly — write to revala@revala.com. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Severability & changes

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder stays in force. We may update these Terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Revala regarding store purchases.
