30-day return window
Unopened packages in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened food packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
Email revala@revala.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — replacement or full refund including shipping, at no cost to you.
Wholesale
Returns of wholesale quantities are governed by the individual quotation terms.
