Softy Soft Serve Powder (made by Revala) is the workhorse behind cafés, restaurants and ice cream trucks in more than 60 countries. Because the powder dissolves fully in cold water, there is no pasteurization, no homogenization and no cold chain — mix, rest 30 minutes and pour into your machine.
Each kilogram yields approximately 4–6 liters of finished soft serve. Engineered for stable overrun and a clean, creamy mouthfeel that holds its shape on the cone.
- Mix 1 kg of powder with 2 L of cold water (or 2.2 L of milk for extra richness).
- Stir until dissolved and rest the mix for 30 minutes.
- Pour into your soft serve machine. 1 kg makes approximately 4–6 liters.
