Accessibility

SOFTY (a brand of Revala OÜ) wants every visitor to be able to browse, learn and order on this store — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology.

What we do

• Semantic HTML with one heading hierarchy per page, labelled navigation landmarks and breadcrumbs.
• Text alternatives on every product image and gallery photo; videos are muted by default with player controls.
• Full keyboard operability: menus, filters, size and flavor pickers, accordions, the cart drawer (Esc closes it) and checkout are usable without a mouse.
• Touch targets of at least 44 px on mobile, visible focus, and color contrast aimed at WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Forms with autocomplete attributes and clear inline error highlighting.
• No autoplaying audio, no flashing content; animations are limited to gentle fades and slides.

Known limitations

Payment is completed on Stripe's hosted checkout, whose accessibility is maintained by Stripe. Some product photography is decorative.
