The CREAMi doesn't churn like a traditional machine — it shaves a frozen block and beats it back together. That means your base's composition decides everything. Too little fat or sugar and the block freezes rock-hard and shaves icy. Too much and it never firms up.

The method

1. Whisk 100 g of powder into 250 ml of cold milk until fully dissolved.
